EMPIRE MIGRATION
Commissioner Lamb, of the Salvation Army, headquarters staff, London, and that body’s expert on Empire migration, will give an address at 2.30 p.m. today, in the Dominion Farmers’lnstitute Conference Hall. Tho commissioner, who is undertaking a world tour to investigate the oppoi»i.iiitics in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, and elsewhere with regard to the immigration of British settlers, is one of the Imperial authorities on migration and settlement. All interested in the movement of migration within tho Empire are cordially invited.
