SMALL BOY KILLED
& HORSE BOLTS WITH GIG BY ’J BLEGBAPH — PRESS ASSOCIATION Auckland, January 14. William Dando, aged five and a half .years, was killed at Howick last evening. His mother was driving a gig containing two other women and three children, when the horse bolted. Mrs. Dando was thrown out. . Before the others could seize the reins the shafts broke, and all the occupants were thrown to the road, the boy being so badly injured that lie died before a doctor arrived.
