LADIES’ REST ROOM
OPENED ON CHRISTMAS EVE The new ladies’ rest room on the Market Reserve, in Manners Street, was opened for the. firse time on Christmas Jive. To enable that to happen an extra effort was put forward to complete the concrete flagged . approaches from Alanners nnd Dixon Streets, whilst the footpaths leading acre's the reserve at the back of the building was also completed, as a convenience to the public. The rest room was fullv lighted, both .without and within.
