A SYDNEY DROWNING ACCIDENT
WELLINGTON MAN DOES GOOD WORK \ Mr Victor Salek, of Wellington, figured gallantly in a drowning accident at Manly, Sydney, on I 1 March 26.- An elcveu-year-old boy named Leonard Morgan and his cousin Roy Wilson were swimming close to tho 7 shore, when both were caught in the undertow and carried out into zirMPn water F. Bouner, of Manly. Sim out and brought in Wilson and before additional assistance could be rendered Morgan had disappeared. Air. Salek, who was on the beach, then went out some sixty yards, div ed, and recovered the body whichi U brought ashore. .He tried for over an hour to resuscitate the lad, bu Without success. The Sydney papers congratulated Mr. Salek on his promptitude in going out after the body, and on the excellence of his methods of resuscitation.
