FATAL FISHING TRIP
MISSING MAN IN-ORETI RIVER BY TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION. Invercargill, March 5. The body of James Gillie Patterion Spence was found floating today in the Oreti River. Spence left last Saturday on a fishing trip, and had nob been seen since. It is thought that deceased hooked a fish and was gaffing it, when part of the bank gave way, causing him to fall into tho river.
