SUBSTANTIAL REDUCTION EXPECTED. (Rec. March 12, 0.35 a.m.) London, March 10. The “Evening Standard” belieyes that the total Estimates eventually will be reduced to £790,000,000, compared with £903,000,000 in 1922-23.
