Final leave to appeal to the Privy Council was refused in the case of the Gisborne Harbour Board . (appellants) v. George Henry Lysnar in tho judgment of Their Honours the Chief Justice (Sir Robert Stout). Mr. Justice Salmond, and'Mr. Justice Adams, entered in the Court of Appeal yesterday. Mr. Justice Salmond dissenting from the judgment of the majority of the Court. ~ T It is stated that Mr. Lysnar docs not intend to let tho matter rest at (he decision of the Appeal Court, but intends to apply under the rules the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council for special leave to appeal.
