WAR ENDED. Shanghai, August 24. Dr. Sun-Yat-Sen has informed members of Parliament that war between North and South China has ended, and has advised them to proceed to Peking to resume their Parliamentary duties. —Reuter. PLAN FOR REHABILITATION OF FINANCES. (Reo August 25, 8.40 p.m.) Peking, August 23. Dr. Sun Yat Sen outlined to a conference discussing tho unification of China a plan for the rehabilitation of China’s finances, under which America would take over China’s debts to European countries on a refunding basis, as part payment of the European debts to the United States.—• Aus.-N.Z.
