The "Daily Express” states that a trade revival in Britain has commenced. The trickle of orders is becoming a steady flow. Tin plate works are reopening, and the iron and steel trade is promising. Welsh exports’of coal are steadily expanding. Many cotton mills have orders which will last for two years.
