Dunedin, Lyttelton, and Wellington. She is due here about July 21, and is expected to sail for Melbourne the same day. CHANNEL ROCKS LIGHT. Masters of ships going to Bluff are advised that the lightship on tho Channel Rocks has broken adrift, and will be temporarily withdrawn for repair*.

(Mie is therefore not due until late to-night or early to-morrow morning. COAL FOR WELLINGTON. The Karamu is not now expected from Greymouth with coal until to-morrow. The Garbeta is expected to leave Newcastle to-day for Wellington with coal, and is due on Tuesday. The Kawatin is due about next Thursday from the samo port with a similar cargo. From here she will proceed to Napier. WANG AR ATTA AT TIMARU. The Wangarattit arrived at Timaru front Napier yesterday, and Irom there she will go to Lyttelton and then come here She is timed to sail for Liverpool and Avonmouth about July 21. WEST HIXTON FROM SAN FRANCISCO. Svdney advices state that the steamer West Hixton, which left San Francisco on June 23. w-as scheduled to sail from Puget Sound last week for Auckland. VEROINGETORIX FOR WELLINGTON. Concern as to the whereabouts of the French ship Veremgetorix was being aroused in shinping circles at her nonarrival at Wellington. She left Noumea during April last with a pert cargo of chrome ore for Wellington, where the vessel was to "ton up” with wool. However, according to the latest advices to nano, the Vcrcingetorix arrived at Papeete on April 28 ainl left again on Juno 9. bound to Wellington. The Vercingetortx is coming 1o the agency of Mr. E. G. F. Zohrab. and loads here for tho West Coast Farmers’ Freight Reduction Organisation. This organisation expects to have another sailer loading about November for London. and another in either December or January. FOR LONDON. The S.'S, and A. liner Mamari will now sail at 11 o’clock this morning for London. The New Zealand Shipping Company’s liner Woodarra is to sail for Landon' at daybreak. THE CANADIAN SPINNER. According to< advice received by Messrs. Murray. Roberts and Co., the local agents for the Canadian Government, the Canadian'Spinner left New York on July 3 for Australian and New Zealand ports. She is expected at Auckland about August 23. PORT PIRIE AT LONDON. The C. and D. liner Port, Pirie arrived London on Thursday last. She left, Wellington on Mnv 26. and went Home via Panama and Newport News. THE CITY OF LINCOLN. The Federal Line advise that the City of Lincoln left New York for Auckland, Wellington. Lyttelton, and Dunedin on July 1. She is due .at Auckland about August 6, and here a week later. FROM HOME. Tho New Zealand Shipping Company's liner Ruahine is due at Auckland this morning from Southampton. Tli& Paparoa lias wirelessed that she expects to arrive at the northern port at 6 p.m on Friday. PORT KEMBLA DUE SATURDAY. The C. and D. liner Port Kcmbla is expected to leave Napier on Friday, and is due here on Saturday. She is to sail for London, via Panama, to-day week. ISLAND STEAMERS. The Fora is now to leave Auckland today for Rarotonga and Papeete. The Tofua is timed to sail for Fiji. Tonga, and Samoa on July 23. EASTERN PLANET LEAVES NEW YORK. The U.S. and A. Line steamer Eastern Planet left New York on July 2 for Lyttelton. She is due there about August 11. ■ PORT HACKING HOME. The C. and D. liner Port Hacking, which cleared Wellington on May 15, arrived at London on Friday last. Tile Komata is to sail at 5 p.m. to day for Westport with passengers. She is due back about Bunday. Tho Tarawera is timed to leave Auckland for Wellington to-morrow Due on Saturday, she will later sail for Lyttelton and Dunedin. The Kanna is due from Lyttelton on Saturday, and will sail on Monday for Auckland. The Ngakiita is not now coming to Wellington from Greymouth, but has been diverted to another port. Tho wet weather hindered the working of a number of vessels yesterday, and consequenlly «Overal of the coastal boats' departures were postponed. The Kini is now expected to-morrow from Onehunga. and should sail for Piotou and Onehunga to-morrow evening. The Karu is due to-day from Lyttelton, having been delayed. She is timed to sail to-morrow for Lyttelton, and will go via Picton. Captain A. M'Lellan has taken command of the Kittnwa from Captain It. F. Chadwick, who has gone on holiday leave. The Kamo’s departure for New Plymouth has been postponed until to-morrow, and it has been decided to send the vessel via Picton.
