Sir William Herries said that his information. was that his Department levied duty on the invoice cost at the time of shipment. The honourable member had been informed to this effect.

Mr. Isitt said that his question had to do with a new case.

The Minister «iid that the honourable merofier -would have his remedy if he could prove that duty had been'charged at more than the invoiced cost under tha rules ns prescribed for tho guidance of Customs officers.
