THE SAMOAN TRIP
* ~~ PARTY TO LEAVE ON MONDAY. The steamer Mokoia, which has been commissioned to take the Parliamentary party to Samoa, cannot reach Wellington until Sunday. She has been delayed in Dunedin by influenza and local holidays. This delay has involved tho postponement of the departure of tho party until Monday afternoon. The Minister of External Affairs (Sir Jamo* Allen) announced this change of plan yesterday.
