A CORNISJI DEMONSTRATION.
London, February 9. Tho .town cricr of St. Just, Cornwall, called out ihe miners, who marched in piocession through the neighbouring villages, inducing people to join in a. demonstration against the price of butter. The demonstrators on reaching Pen/.anco flung motor-lorries and empty churns into the roadway, and emptied two full churns into the harbour. The miners declavo that unless the farmers reduce thoir prices the railway men will jefuse to carry milk and butter.—Aus.-N.Z. Cablo Assn.
