At the Supreme .Court 10-day, the charge against Leslie Lindsay Fleming, of being found by night without lawful oxcuse 011 tho promises of the Ohrisvclmrch Club, was adjourned till next, session, oil account of the non-appearance of tlie principal witness, Gerald L. Stead. ITis Honour remarked that the position was grossly unfair to the prisoner, who was entitled to be tried at' the present and instructed the Crown Prosecutor to have Mr. Stead's Iwnd of -1'5(1 estreated, and instructed the Crown Prosecutor to tell the ]K)liee to lmve the witness present the next- time. ■ ii
