TO KEEP THE PEACE
o WILLIAM BELCHER BOUND OVER. (By T&leßraph.—Press Association.) Dunedln, March 14. At the Polioe Court before Mr. Widdowson, S.M., William Belcher, a prominent figure in maritime ciroles, was bound over for six months to keep the peace, especially towards his wife. The latter had taken out an application for a prohibition order, and after being served with a "blister," as_ defendant termed it, he chased "her with an unloaded revolver and assaulted her.
