I Pedder, of No. 4 Company, Wellington Engineers, has been cancelled. The Huntly Rifles have been disbanded as from February 26. Tho appointment of -Major C. M. Begg, of. tho New Zealand Medical Corps, as a member of the New Zealand -Military: Pensions Board, has been cancelled. The appointment had effect during such time as Col. W. E. Collins, of Wellington, was absent, from the Dominion. The latter officer has been reappointed to a . seat on the board:- , . ,-. The long-service medal has been awarded to Lient. R., M. Irvine, of the Ist Battalion,' Nelson Infantry;' Acting-Lieut. T. W. O'Driscoll, of the Dunedin City Guards; and Quartermaster-Sergeant E. J. Piercy, of No. 4 Company, New Zealand Engineers.
