FORTNIGHTLY MEETINC. Tho fortnightly meeting of tho City Coun-; cil last night was attended by tho Mayor (Hon. T. W. Hislop), and all the'councillors. The Baths and City Reserves 'Committee' recommended that tenders bo called for tho, supply of two horso lawn-mowers and a water-ballast roller for use on tho reserves; that tho hours observed at both baths on!
