Events for 1990
Groups planning 1990 events have to September 8 to notify the 1990 Commission and so ensure their activities are in the official calendar. The calendar will go on sale in November. A further updated edition is planned next year. More than 2200 events have been registered with the Commission, including local sporting events, community festivals, school fetes, reunions, open marae days and street parties: Events can be registered at the Commission’s offices in Christchurch at 159 Manchester Street.
