Women priests meeting
New Zealand Anglican women priests are holding their first national conference this week, at the University of Waikato, in Hamilton. A spokeswoman, Liz Robinson, said the conference, named “The Journey and the Vision,” would enable the ordained women to share their experiences and develop visions for the future. “They will reflect on what it means to be women priests in New Zealand and what they offer the wider church,” she said. The conference will run until Friday.—PA.
