ROAD PROPOSED TO BE CLOSED TO ORDINARY VEHICULAR TRAFFIC: State Highway 74, Christchurch-Lyttelton Road Tunnel from the Administration Building at the Heathcote Portal to the Lyttelton Portal. PERIODS OF PROPOSED CLOSURE: 11.00 a.m. to 11.15 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. to 3.20 p.m. on Sunday, September 3, 1989.
