Lions thanked
A former Wallaby coach, David Brockhoff, says the British Lions have performed an invaluable service by showing Australia how to beat the All Blacks in next month’s Bledisloe Cup clash. He urged the national selectors to give the coach, Bob Dwyer, tougher, more physical forwards, especially in the front row, for the one-off test in Auckland on August 5. Brockhoff said yesterday he admired the Lions for their vigour up front and condemned the critics who accused them of excessive aggression during their 2-1 test series win over Australia. —NZPA-AAP.
