Cronulla record
The veteran rugby league front-rower, Dane Sorensen, will write his name into the Cronulla club history books when he leads the Sharks on to the field for the clash with North Sydney on Sunday. Sorensen will play his 211th first grade game in 12 seasons with the Sharks, beating an eight-year record held by the former Kangaroo test captain, Greg Pierce. Sorensen equalled Pierce’s game tally in last Sunday’s clash with Parramatta. —NZPA.
