Students defy Govt
Peking student leaders yesterday defied stern Government warnings to stop their protests, insisting instead they would try to spread their message among the general population. Communist Party and Government newspapers led their front pages yesterday with an editorial warning against forming illegal organisations, holding illegal demonstrations or instigating protests against the Chinese Government.—Peking.
