Ministry to take gripes
PA Wellington The Ministry of Consumer Affairs’ new complaints service will handle consumers’ complaints
from next week, its acting head, Mr Roger Perkins’ says. Complaints offices would open in Wellington,
Rotorua, Auckland, Christchurch and Dunedin. Tollfree lines would be available to people in rural areas.
