Scotland trounced
PA London New Zealand put the shock defeat to the Soviet Union firmly behind, it to trounce Scotland in the inaugural Student Rugby Union World Cup in Argeles in south west France yesterday.
After an even first half the Kiwis ran the Scots off their feet in the second half to finish 19-3 winners. New Zealand now has to beat England to ensure going through to the semi-finals next week-end.
