Chase project
Chase Corporation has completed the largest Myer department store outside Melbourne. Building contractors had been fitting out the 31,000 sq m store in central Brisbane since before Christmas and work finishing last week, the company’s Queensland state manager, Mr Guy Burgess said. The store, which has since been handed over to Myer Stores, is in the Myer Centre complex. Chase sold the Myer Centre, which also includes 185 specialty shops, restaurants, bars and cinemas, to its investment arm, Interchase Corp for sAust42sM.
