Subaru change
Four New Zealand businessmen involved in The motor industry have combined with the Fuji Heavy Industries, of Japan, to form a new company to represent Subaru in New Zealand. Subaru New Zealand (1988) has won the New Zealand Subaru vehicle franchise formerly held by the Motor Holdings Group. The shareholders are Messrs Colin Giltrap, Hugh Berry, Peter Farmer and Adam Poulopoulos. Mr Poulopoulos was general manager of the Motor Holdings-owned Subaru New Zealand between 1985 and 1987.
