Fertiliser discount
The Ravensdown Fertiliser Co-operative has reduced by 4 per cent the price of superphosphatebased fertilisers to encourage farmers to topdress their land. The price cuts, to apply
to fertiliser sold in February only, will mean a tonne of bulk superphosphate will cost $174.22 (plus GST) at the Hornby w o r k s Bulk sulphur super will cost $195.78 a tonne.
