New basketball coach
PA Palmerston North For the first time in 20 years the New Zealand women’s basketball team has a woman coach. An Aucklander, Anne Robertson, coach of the national league champion, Auckland, succeeds Hamilton’s James Logan. Robertson, aged 36, an
administration and systems manager, was a New Zealand representative in--1979 and 1980. She is looking forward' to the challenge of her new post, a pre-Olympic; qualifying tournament in Kuala Lumpur in June; being her immediate priority. ;
