Addington run for Reba Lord
PA New Plymouth Taranaki’s star three-year-old pacer, Reba Lord, will race at Addington next month. His Stratford trainer, Graham Bradley, said yesterday that a South Island campaign was on the programme. “Provided he draws reasonably the Addington race will be his next start,” Bradley said. The New Brighton Stakes for three-year-olds is the aim and Reba Lord will be driven by Colin Butler. Reba Lord has won six races — all this season — and he will be tuned up for the New Brighton feature with trial outings at Cambridge and Claudelands. Reba Lord’s long-term aim is the New Zealand Derby at Easter.
