Paying ourselves

Sir,—Forgive my naivete but I thought: The Government is actually us; the Treasury is actually us; Electricorp is actually us. Thus it seemed to me strange when I heard this morning that we (the Government) will probably intervene in the argument between us (Electricorp) and us (Treasury) over what we (Electricorp) will pay us (Treasury) for what I thought we have already paid for, in taxes — the hydro-electric system. However, all those other "usses,” it seems, will have to pay through our collective (Treasury, Government and Electricorporeal) noses for our future electricity.— Yours, etc.,

BRIAN L. JONES. November 26, 1987.
