Public Notices INANGAHUA COUNTY COUNCIL CHRISTMAS-NEW YEAR HOLIDAY ARRANGEMENTS THE following hours will be observed by the various Council departments over the Christmas-New Year holiday period. OFFICE: The office will close at 12 noon on Tuesday, December 23, 1986 and re-open at 8.30 a.m. on Monday, January 5, 1987 and observe normal hours thereafter. LIBRARY: The Library will close at 4.30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 23. Normal Library hours will apply for non-statutory week days thereafter. HEALTH AND BUILDING INSPECTION: The Health and Building Inspector will be available for the week December 8-12, on Monday and Tuesday, December 22 and 23 and then week on/week off (as usual) from January 12, 1987. Applications for permits for holiday work should be submitted Immediately. Office or Work Staff cannot Issue permits. WORKS DEPARTMENT: Rubbish collections will continue as usual on all Mondays and reduced staff will be on duty on non-statutory week days. GENERAL: Staff may be called back from their holidays or family barbecues for urgent problems by telephoning after hours numbers: Administration — 424 Works - 482 Please plan ahead and allow staff to have an uninterrupted well earned break.
