Fisherfolk to visit
The Fisherfolk, a Christian music and ministry team, will visit Christchurch later this month. The group will stage a series of concerts and conferences. The team is lead by the Rev. Graham and Betty Pulkingham, who began their ministry in Texas in the 19605. They moved to Britain where they established two communities. Last year they returned to the United States and set up a community in Pennsylvania. The group will give a church-based conference at Rangiora from October 17 to 19 and a public concert in Christchurch’s Theatre Royal on October 22. The visit to New Zealand is sponsored by Concorde Productions of Hastings, the group’s musical representative, and Christian Advance Ministries, an ecumenical trust in Wellington.
