Coombs sole entrant
A former Canterbury competitor now based in Wellington, Alex Coombs, is the only entry in the open grade at the Revlon Canterbury synchronised swimming championships to be held at Queen Elizabeth II Park tomorrow evening. Janine Marriott and
Leeann Fraser have had some very close duels in the girls 16 and 17 years grade this year and will continue their rivalry tomorrow. Two novice entrants, Angela Whitta and Nicola Glintmeyer will oppose each other in the solo routine, and then combine in a duet.
