Wrong figure given
The number of days lost through sick leave at the Christchurch Transport Board was incorrectly given in "The Press” yesterday as 1979 during 39 weeks after board action on medical certificates. The figure should have been 4917, as opposed to 6358 days lost in the 39 weeks before the board began demanding -medical certificates for a day’s absence from work.
