Catering King withdrawn
PA Auckland Catering King was withdrawn from the Tim -Rogers Stakes at Wanganui on Saturday because he has a cold. His trainer, David Stenning, said the horse’s next race would be in the Byerley Thoroughbred Stakes, a weight-for-age 1400 m event worth $lB,OOO at Hastings on September 12. Stenning said Catering King had not been truly fit since winning the Foxbridge Plate at Te Rapa on August 16.
