Store burgled
Burglars broke a window with a metal stand before taking goods from the Farmers’ Trading Company Store at Church Corner early yesterday morning. The burglary was noticed about 3.30 a.m. It was not known last evening what was taken, said a Christchurch police spokesman. The burglars broke the window with a metal stand that held real estate magazines.
