PA Wellington Dunedin-based clothing retailer, Hallenstein Bros, Ltd, has signed an international licensing agreement with leading United States men’s clothing retailer, Hartmarx Corporation. . The agreement, through the 28 international licensing programmes of Hartmarx, gives Hallensteins a direct association with retailers in the. United States, Asia, Europe and South America. Hartmarx, which has more than 500 stores, is also the leading suit manufacturer in America, and has licensing arrangements for its Trumpeter, Hickey Freeman and Hart Schaffner & Marx suit ranges in many countries, including Australia and New Zealand.
