Bid for Humes
APA Holdings, Ltd, and its parent Unity Corporation, Ltd, have confirmed market predictions by launching a take-over offer for all the ordinary shares in Humes, Ltd, valuing the building materials group at sAust4oB million. The take-over vehicle for the offer will be Actraint No. 59, Ltd — to be renamed Unity APA, Ltd — a company jointly owned by APA and Unity.
