PA Wellington A report on a replacement for the police launch Lady Elizabeth II will probably go to the Cabinet in about a fortnight, said the the Minister of Police, Mrs Hercus, yesterday. The boat, used for pol* icing and controlling Well- 4
ington Harbour, as well as for sea rescues, capsized and broke up in heavy seas on July 2. Two men drowned in the incident. Mrs Hercus said that Police National Headquarters was still preparing a paper on a possible replacement, which involved collecting information from round the world
