Williams director
Wellington-based Williams Property Holdings, Ltd, has appointed Mr lan Patterson as its new managing director, Mr S. J. Smart, deputy chairman of Williams, said. Mr Patterson had been general manager of City Realties, Ltd, since 1979, and will become a director of Williams at the company’s next board meeting. Williams is 71 per cent owned by Smart Group, of Auckland.
