Dividend - payments to shareholders of Henry Berry, Ltd, have been postponed from August 2£, the directors said. The share registers will, therefore, not Be closed from August 11 to 15. No new date for dividend payment was specified.

Lane’s Industries will pay a dividend of 2c a share on September 30, the company said.
Offer extended
Euro-National Corporation, Ltd, having acquired about 97 per cent of Visionhire Holdings, Ltd, has extended its take-over offer to July 28, Euro-National has told the Stock Exchange.
