Shepard play chosen
NZPA-AP New York “A Lie Of The Mind,” Sam Shepard’s tale of a strange marriage and its effect on two families, has been named best new play of the 1985-86 theatre season by the New York Drama Critics Circle. The critics voted “Benefactors” by the English playwright, Michael Frayn, as best foreign Play.
