Victim ‘seriously ill’
A man who was attacked and repeatedly stabbed in Cathedral Square last Wednesday evening ■_ was reported seriously ill in the inten-sive-care unit at Christchurch Hospital last even-
ing. Alan O’Brien, aged 24, was stabbed in the chest and stomach. Two men have been arrested and charged with the attempted murder of Mr O’Brien.
