Winding-up ordered
An order winding up Seven Day Concrete, Ltd, was made by Mr Justice Cook in the High Court yesterday on the petition of Winstone (5.1.), Ltd, which proved a debt of $6072. The petition was supported by the Commissioner of Inland Revenue who claims his department is owed $6524 by the debtor company. Originally called Canterbury Concrete Plumbing, Ltd, the company was incorporated on July 6, 1981, with a capital of $lO,OOO.
