Emus declare
An excellent innings of 97 by Peter Cameron provided the substance of the New South Wales Emus Colts first innings score of 334 for eight declared, on the first day of their two-day cricket match against Christchurch Suburban Colts, at Boon Hay Park yesterday. Scores:— New South Wales Emus 334/8 dec. (P. Cameron 97, P. Worle 77 n. 0., G. Thrift 42, J. Thompson 30; R. McGraile 3/70, A. Knowles 2/42) met Suburban Colts 27/2.
