Members then began debating the third readings of the State Services Conditions of Employment Amendment Bill (No. 2) and the Health Service Personnel Amendment Bill (No. 2). Debate on the third reading of the State Services Conditions of Employment Amendment Bill (No. 2) was interrupted when the House rose at midnight. The debate will continue when Parliament sits again at 9 a.m. today.
