EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: Applicants must have University Entrance including Maths and Physics or 6th Form Certificate in at least Maths and Physics with grade 5 passes or better. TRAINING: Successful applicants will be initially trained in Wellington with daytime tuition at a technical institute. The Cadets will be required to study for the Radio Technicians Certificate and three Endorsement subjects. On satisfactorily completing the full course of training Cadets will later transfer to the Police as Technicians.
