Grant to fund research
The Christchurch Catholic Social Services were reported in “The Press” on July 25, as receiving $20,000 in the recent allocation of funds from the New Zealand Family Trust. The director of Catholic Social Services, Ms Anne McCormack, said the grant, to fund a
research project, was applied for by the National Directorate of Catholic Social Services. “This research will evaluate the child, family and aged care services run by the six diocesan agencies of Catholic Social Services nationally,” she said.
