Three-point soccer lead
Heidi’s Heroes took a threepoint lead in the super youth soccer league competition with a 4-2 win over Cool-Rite in the fourth round of matches on Sunday morning. Greg Glass, John Bain, Mark Lancaster and David Abendanon scored for the winners, with Kurt Jacques getting both goals for Cool-Rite. Romano Rovers beat Collins Real Estate, 4-1, and, in a surprise result, United Building Society had its first win, beating one of the previously unbeaten sides, General Finance, 3-1. In the other match, Screen Printing Consultants beat Countrywide, 2-1.
